Poha - its flattened rice, you can get in any local indian store.
Quick Recipe::
Wash poha in water and drain water and keep aside Heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, black gram, split chickpeas lentils, curry leaves in a pan. Once seeds pops, add onion and green chillies and a pinch of turmeric powder. Saute for few minutes. Add poha now and let it cook! Poha upma is ready.
