I'm looking for authentic recipes for Indian curry (yes I understand that can mean a lot of different dishes, but honestly I want to try everything, just give me your favorites!)
I've had only one curry dish from India (it was recreated in the states, by someone who got the recipe whilst in India for 6 months) which I've never had again. I'm craving it, so hopefully I can make something similar based on your recipes! (Authentic meaning the recipe originally comes from India/from a native and wasn't too modified to suit other countries taste).
Allergies: I can't have coconut 🥥 :(
P.S. Any naan recipes would be appreciated as well!
