I absolutely LOVE Indian food. My favorite restaurant disappointed me recently with a big roach in my food... it's so disgusting, I can't get it out of my head.
I was thinking of finding a new restaurant but as someone who loves to cook, I should just cook my own Indian food. I haven't much Indian spices in my local grocery stores, but I'm in Brooklyn, I know there HAS to be some good places. Any recommendations for those of you in NYC/Brooklyn?
