HSB Special Tea

I've spent a fair amount of time in India and am very partial to a street chai and can make a good one at home but there is something magical about the special tea from Saravana Bhavan. Any ideas how to make this at home? Is it condensed/evaporated milk? I've tried that and the texture is not even close. I know they are popular restaurants so hopefully someone might have some insight.
