visiting india from america. besides ur balcony or bathroom, where is it safe to smoke weed? are u allowed to smoke on the streets or will someone report u if they smell it? do you have to find a spot where no one’s around to smoke in peace? also would people complain if ur smoking on ur balcony and ur neighbors can smell it? thanks
