Since I was a teenager, every time I was out late at night, I would always hear an owl screech. I thought it was a bat at first, until I saw it. and also realized later that bats don't screech. Now, since I lived in a small farming town i figured it was just because of where i lived and they were out hunting. Even though no matter where in town I was I would always hear it and sometimes see it. When I moved to Los Angeles it wouldn't happen anymore. Which proved my theory of it being where I lived. I had forgotten about it for years, then I heard it again. I was a little shocked. It stopped again for a few more years. Now I live just outside LA but still in a big city. And now 20 years later I've been hearing/seeing one more often in the last 5 months. especially when i get home late at night. So, is there some spirit animal thing going on that I am unaware of? Does it mean anything? or is it just some weird coincidence. for reference I am of native Mexican descent, if that helps any.
