8. No unauthorized promotions and solicitations

If you wish to make a post to officially promote your material or to solicit for things such as a GoFundMe/Kickstarter, please contact the moderator team first to get permission for such a post. We will want to verify that it isn't a scam.

It's nice that everyone wants to donate and help others know where to donate, but not everybody on the internet is a good person. Please read our rules and please contact us (the mods) if you want to do something like this. Thank you!
