Question about PGCET counseling and delays

Hi everyone,
I wanted to ask if anyone has insights on when the PGCET 2024 counseling will actually start and the expected timeline for seat allotments. Also, any info on when the academic session is likely to commence?
It feels like there’s a significant delay this year, especially compared to states like Chandigarh and Delhi, where classes have already started.
Does anyone know why Karnataka’s process is running later? Are there additional steps or bottlenecks this year that are slowing things down?
