Tables to fill in Schedule FA for RSUs

Hi all,
I received some Amazon RSUs this year. I have filled Table A3 of schedule FA by watching various tutorials.
However, none of the tutorials mentioned that we need to fill Table A2.
My concern is that, the RSUs are deposited in an account of a financial institution (Morgan Stanley in my case). So, don’t we also need to fill Table A2 along with A3? Are the stock broker accounts not custodial accounts?
