this is gonna be a little tmi, so please bear with me :')

hi everyone, I'm 20F and i recently had sex. this wasn't our first time doing it and we've done it many times before.

however, over time, I feel like I've developed pain and cramps that happen when I'm intensely stimulated during penetration. it feels good for a while, but after that, i start to feel an intense pain in and around the abdomen, similar to period cramps. it happens even while fingering, good for a while, painful cramps after.

this time, for the first time ever, i even released a bit of fluid and we saw it on the sheets later when we got up. i read online that it happens when you orgasm, but i NEVER felt any orgasm and i don't know how it happened. sex was the same always, good at first, painful after a while.

can anyone experienced please tell me what's going on? did i maybe orgasm but didn't feel it because of problem in my vagina? or is it something else?
