So I’m away on vacation staying with in laws and I’ve managed to keep myself at bay but now it’s really getting out of hand. I’m wetting myself more times a day than I’m dry and I have no protection with me. I don’t want to have to tell them I need supplies as they are completely unaware of my struggles with incontinence but I don’t know if I’ll be able to hide this much longer. I’m so so embarrassed. My mattress is stripped, the sheets nor any of my clothes are dry and I’m scared even taking my laundry downstairs will give me away. Does anyone have any advice on how to bring this up in a way that doesn’t make me feel humiliated. I’ve only told 2 other people before one being my partner who had to find out the hard way. I hate this. I really thought if I tried hard enough I could be okay.
