coping w/ severe pelvic floor dysfunction related pain
Post Body

ive been dealing with pelvic floor myalgia for my entire life , which causes chronic pain and urinary incontinence . it flares up from time to time and right now im sitting at an 8/10 in terms of pain ( with meds ) - the kind that causes full body sweats / shakes and a general inability to move .

i cycle through 3 different types of muscle relaxants , and tylenol and t3s regularly ( as prescribed ) . overall , its a miserable way to exist . i was eligible for a surgerical procedure at one point but my parents dont support it and i have no one else in my life that can help so thats a nonoption . i also dont have a job , im entirely dependent on my mother so any alternatives have to be cost effective . professional therapies are not an option either .

i guess what im asking for is a miracle . i dont know if theres anything that can help me at this point but im desperate . like ive spent hours trying to meditate , self-hypnotize , reality shift desperate . my mother believes its just a mental thing and she might be right . i feel like ive exhausted every option within reach . ill probably cry myself unconscious again shortly lol . any suggestions are welcome and sincerely appreciated , im not doing good
