Thank you everyone for your recommendations! I ended up consulting an online medical supply store and they recommended M4 diapers.

They have been working pretty well for me. It was a little hard to use them at first, truthfully it still is. I am able to wake up and urinate then without getting out of bed now which is a win.

It has been very odd wearing them in front of my partner. She has been very supportive and is happy I am sleeping more. For me, it strange and very vulnerable to have her see me in diapers, especially when they are wet. Also intimacy has taken a hit because we often are intimate in the morning….so…. Any tips on this matter is appreciated!
