Ok well I am a 45 year old male who has been struggling with urge incontinence for the past year. One of the most difficult health issues I have had to deal with. I get painful urges and I have been leaking. When the urge hits I always try to hit the bathroom. Sometimes I can’t get to the bathroom due to work, driving, kids and well life lol. When I can’t get to the bathroom I will let out a squirt in my pull up to stop the pain. This morning it hit hard and I had to let a squirt out and it didn’t stop until I was done. I had already peed really big about 30 minutes before. Kind of freaked out. I don’t want this to get worse. I don’t want to use protection the rest of my life.
