Do I count as an incel if I spend all day at home and don’t talk to girls?

Ngl, I do have a negative attitude and feel bad that I never dated a girl or kissed one. I also despise and envy guys who lots of girls like.
But I also don’t go out much or have a social life. I am not in college nor do I have a job (which i am trying to fix). I spend almost everyday at home played video games and watching anime.
