I need someone to actually help me instead of giving me a generic BS answer that’s copied & pasted.
Support seems to be almost useless, all they do is copy & paste the same exact offer info I see then don’t answer any of my questions.
12/6/2023 @ 7:21PM I downloaded the Plynk offer, and set it up properly (this one has a blue check mark) then 4 hours later at 11:04PM, they set up the offer again (I didn’t do this) probably to try to get out of paying me. Despite writing 2-3 emails proving this I got nowhere with support & of course there’s no real answer just generic BS that’s copied & pasted from the offer sheet itself on IBD.
I deposited my $75, after connecting the offer, and of course it looks like both apps didn’t track my $. I followed every step properly… I expect it to be moved to pending.
Then today at 8:16AM I thought I’d give Yahtzee with friends a try. Supposed to be a $58 offer if completed, within seconds, a 2nd Activity ID was created, saying $50 (WTF is this, that’s not even what the offer is worth), I didn’t realize it, I got to level 13 already, then I go to look at my pending list and of course it’s not there. Then at 12:44pm, there’s 2 more activity ID’s showing. ($58 & $50 again)
I’m mot stupid, I understand how to connect an offer and I made sure it said it was tracking.
Why did 4 separate Activity ID’s get created for the same offer?
I need some serious admin/mod help with my account. I’m basically not getting credit for $118 worth of offers, and I’m not happy. Worst case I can report to BBB if need be.
