A friend gave me a massive collection of IA. Seriously...the core set, 4 big boxes, 30 expansions, acrylic tokens. I feel blessed.

A couple issues though...

I'm missing a couple figures, just 3 out of all of this though, which is awesome. Is there anywhere to get replacement figures?
There are a couple figures that I'd like to try my own hand at painting. What works best to strip the figures down to the plastic?
Is it even worth learning the skirmish game mode? I play competitive x-wing, but between the Spectre Cell meta and the lack of physical product...it seems like I should stick to the board game side.
