Miniranker Update: Can now input tournaments and lists

Hi guys,

So I'd been lagging behind entering results into miniranker so I've added the ability for people to enter their own results. You can now enter a new tournament from the Tournaments page and you can enter new results to a tournament from it's individual tournament page.

This has been tested but let me know if you come across any issues, have any ideas or have any entry errors you need me to fix.

ps- up next is supporting attachments in lists (in time for Wave 3) and then adding Command Cards in as well.
