I think another good feature that would’ve fit perfectly with this DD is the ability to retire some cohorts with a cool down. It would probably cost oratory power, but maybe a different one would be better.

Johan just said on the stream that they changed how technology works in terms of the size of your empire, so basically being bigger doesn’t cause penalties to your tech anymore.
