Working full-time with expired SIN while waiting for PGWP

I'm working full time now (NOC job, skill level A) while waiting for my PGWP (applied on Jan 6) but my SIN and study permit is about to expire next month. With no valid document, I can't renew my driver's license and credit card but what I worry about most is my employer may not let me work anymore.

Has anyone experienced this or a similar situation? Any insight is much appreciated. TIA!
