Hey guys!

I am international student and already graduated my diploma program in December 2021. I have applied for PGWP (Post Graduation Work Permit) on Dec.24. My friend and me applied at the same time; however, she got the file named WorkPermit-EXT (which indicates that she can work for any employers more than 40 hours - full-time worker).

In terms of my case, I have not received any files like that.

Does anyone have the same case as me? What should I do to receive that WorkPermit-EXT file? Is there any problems to my Work Permit application if I did not get it? What is the reason the government did not send me the file?

I got the confirmation that I already submitted the Work Permit and paid the fee.
