Is it necessary to prove the relationship to my aunt in my express entry application?

Post Body

Hello everyone, in the interest of saving everyone time I've reduced the facts about my application to the following points:

  • I have a ITA
  • Even if I'm not awarded points for adaptability, I am at 75 MEC for FSW.
  • I have collected all documents and am stuck on getting proving the relationship to my aunt.
  • I have an aunt who is a Canadian citizen. I am close to him and he's more than willing to provide me with his passport and other necessary documents.
  • Through her birth certificate and my mother's birth certificate, I can provide their relationship.

The issue: my aunt lied on his PR application in the 90s and changed his year of birth. Her year of birth is now the same as my mother and they are only 8 months apart if you look at the documents.

I am not comfortable including these documents. What can I do here? Can I simply not provide these documents considering I am above the eligibility points for FSW?

TL;DR: Aunt and mother's DOB are too close. Documents may lead to misrepresentation. What should I do?
