Post Body

Asking for a friend. She is here since 2019, came here as a student for 16 moths course that gave her 3 year work permit as well, she works at a Bank as an FSR and makes around 55k. Her work permit expires on 7th September and she hasn't been able to get the scores that she needs due to Canadian class quota closure. She is trying via FSW but the points are really high and she is making up-to 500 points.

I have an Incorporation and I am the owner, given the time constraint, is there a way I can hire her in my company at a position that allows her to get her PR? Can I sponsor LMIA for her via my incorporation. If yes how much Tim would we have for that. Because she barely has a few months left for the work visa to expire. can work Visa be extended?

Thank you in Advance :)
