I’m currently on a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) and have been offered a position as a Store Representative at Hilti. I’m trying to determine the appropriate National Occupational Classification (NOC) code for this position to see if it qualifies for Permanent Residency under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) stream after a year of employment.

The job description includes the following responsibilities:

• Selling, servicing, and promoting the full Hilti product line directly to walk-in customers and smaller field accounts.
• Creating innovative ways to drive sales through merchandising and product demonstration efforts.
• Reviewing and analyzing shipping documents and sales trends to maintain correct inventory levels.
• Managing receipts, disbursements, and material returns while ensuring adequate replenishment of the store.
• Expediting customer backorders and optimizing delivery solutions to meet customer needs with cost-effective transportation.
• Reconciling and auditing various inventory processes to ensure accuracy.

The role involves managing and operating a Hilti Store, maximizing sales, and providing high levels of customer service with the aim of total customer satisfaction and brand promotion.
