Hello Everybody! My girlfriend is going back to her home country and I’m planning to sponsor her for a common law PR! She has to leave the country because her PGWP got rejected (biometrics issues). Has anyone had success with a common law PR? Our lawyer told us it’s possible and since we have live together for more than a year and have evidence (utility bills, rental agreement) we can make a good case!
I currently reside in Quebec and don’t know French. Should I sponsor her for common law PR via express entry or via the Quebec route? I’d love your intake and I hope you all have a great day
