IRCC applications with a conditional discharge
Post Body

I was charged with a criminal charge(sexual assault) two years ago inside Canada and I am getting a conditional discharge of 24 months of probation with the condition of not contacting the complainant. I am not going to have any criminal record, I have to just comply with this condition.

I am on a valid PGWP which is expiring in 2026. I do not have a valid TRV yet which I applied 8 months back and it's still pending.

I have few questions now

1) What can I do to get the TRV? I am not able to travel outside of Canada because of this pending status.

2) I have a valid CRS score and I can be qualified under the STEM draw. Can I file my PR application mentioning the conditional discharge?

3) If I get a valid TRV, can I travel outside of Canada during the probation period?

Please help guys, I feel like I am stuck in Canada on a temporary worker status. I want to get rid of everything and make it back to normal.

Thanks
