Exiting canada as an international student

Post Body

Hello everyone. I am going to my home country for vacation and currently holding a student visa. I just noticed I didn't go through any immigration or passport exit control kiosks. This is my first time to exit canada and typically back in my home country they have passport control where they stamp your passport when you're exiting the country. I didn't go through any of that in canada. Is that normal? How will the IRCC know that I left the country?
