Hi. I have a little bit of a problem here. I am currently applying for Canadian citizenship and while filling out the forms, it’s asking me for my visitor visa extension. I had my visitor visa extension filed by a representative way back December 2019. However, due to them being hard to deal with, I stopped contacting them when I got my work permit on March 2020. I didn’t know the status of my visitor visa extension, if it was approved or denied and the dates IRCC made a decision on the application. I only have a copy of the filled out application form, receipt and a letter stating the date it was filed and that’s it.

Now, I am currently having a problem linking that previous application on my cic account to find those dates and details. Do you guys know any way I can find the details of my visitor visa extension application? The representative that I used back then was no longer in business.
