I been working for the city of Toronto for 2 years and have seen lots of position turn over in sports instructor, including lifeguards, pool instructor as well as preschool instructor for sports.

I know the NOC has updated to recreational coaches are no longer eligible but if your self employed. How can someone who transition from school to work become a self employed and/or get a PR to come to Canada. I know that self employed is start your own business but what about if you work in a fitness gym company (ie GoodLife fitness, LA fitness, F45, small gyms, orange theory etc) permanent and/or part time or in recreational department like the city/town either full time or part time that no longer fit the NOC
