Misleading customer support is really making me not want to go anymore after this year

So me and my friend are going to imagine this year. We weren't sure if we were going to be able to make the thurs pre party due to it being on a thursday. Before we bought our wristbands, I emailed customer support to ask if i am able to purchase the pre party ticket at a later time and what kind of entry does the pre party require. I specifically asked support if it is a mobile pdf or another physical ticket we need to bring. The response i got was

" Thank you for reaching out to the Imagine Care Team. We will be sending the Pre-Party Passes as a PDF by email. You can definitely purchase a Pre-Party Pass on a different order from your Festival Passes. Let me know if you have any additional questions. We look forward to seeing you under the sea at Imagine Music Festival 2022!

Sweet thats good to know.

Fast forward a few weeks later, we were able to clear our thursday to go. When we went to the website to buy the pre party pass its charging us a shipping fee wtf. I was confused why they are charging a shipping fee for a mobile pdf email. I sent a msg to support to ask about that and now I got

" The PDF file will only be available for people who have previously purchased the Early Entry or Thursday pre-party tickets for 2020 or 2021 events as that is how the passes were formatted for those events. 

Any purchase of the pre-party passes for 2022 will now be shipped wristbands, which is why you are seeing a shipping fee associated with that purchase.

IDK that just seems kind of scummy to be misleading like that. Even on their website it says nothing about the pre party pass being another 2nd wristband it just says " This is a separately ticketed event. To attend, you will need to purchase a Thursday Pre-Party pass"

This could also cause potential confusion with security if they decid to question someone that only has 1 wristband asking where's their pre party wristband. What if security doesnt believe them about their pdf ticket thats rolled over?

Just a frustrated cuz imagine is the only EDM festival georiga gets and as a local I want to support it but after the whole refund fiasco last year, the owner giving back handed responses from times on fb, and now this?

Id rather just save money and travel to other festivals.
