It’s so annoyingly bright and it’s coming from the neighborhood street right behind me. I’m willing to take this thing out by some means, but how??

My neighbors had this issue. They just got a ladder and spray painted the whole side facing their house. Obviously they did it and our hoa doesn’t own the light so not sure who would turn them in but no one from the city would replace it even if someone complained. So spray paint it.
