I got my first ticket for talking on the phone (speaker) while driving months back and I admitted to it to the cop cause I was nervous, I show up to court (not required) but still had to pay even though the cop didn't even have the video cause he deleted it. Should've gotten a lawyer.

So recently got a speeding ticket for 46 in a 30, road was clear no people and yes I'm sorry I was in a hurry to get somewhere. Cop pops up out of nowhere from the opposite direction, pulls up and lo and behold same cop, asks if I was in a hurry I say no,asks what speed I was going, i say under the speed limit, asks what was the speed limit I say 30, asks what number exactly i say 30, cop says no you were going 46 .

I stay silent, after checking license, I'm still trying to pull up the insurance on my phone but internet was slow as hell in mine so I borrow my mom's phone, I go online but I'm having trouble locating it cause I was used to the app, the cop brings over two tickets, one for speeding and the other for no insurance, I say I have it, he says there's only so much time I can wait or wait on one stop.

Cop definitely hated me from the core, even more cause I didn't admit to it, intimidated my whole family for no reason. The ticket states that I have to appear in court mandatory, no mistakes about name, location etc in it.

Yes I know I'm in the wrong but admitting it didn't help last time and I'm not gonna repeat it. I know the insurance ticket will get dismissed cause I had it and tried showing it just so the cop would have it on video. Just worried if I'll get my license suspended but I'll definitely get a lawyer this time.

I learned my lesson so please don't feel the need to give lectures. Any advice is appreciated and sorry for the long post. This was in IL.
