I lost all my purchases

I have been playing for a bit now and made a few purchases. First one of the managers I bought with cash never came through. I repurchased and got it the second time but one got 1 while I was charged twice. Then today I left it open when I went to sleep and it crashed and now I have lost everything including my purchases. Please help lol
