Death 100 help

I have E5 Eloise which is past her 3rd imprint, E5 ithiqua, E5 Tix. I keep hearing people say “Tix can do death 100” but every resource I see has a full roster of other heroes for various reasons. With just 3 E5s I’m assuming I still qualify as early game. Is there a method for clearing aspen before having the full setup I see in guides?
I have a basic but upgraded crown on Eloise, a 3 star demon bell and a 2 star antlers cane.
