I am new to this game and I am an f2p player I tried to ask some questions in discord yet no one answered or no one really care sorry if O have so many questions because honestly I am confused so here they goes

1.When is the best time to use prophet blessings,Friendship summons and arena tickets?Is there an event that I need to save them?or just do it everyday without any issues whatsoever? 2.How will I know if a hero is good or a food?Is there a "tier list"of those heroes? 3.How will I know if a hero is a tank,Support,Cc,Damager etc? 4.How should I save my hero slots?What fragments should I open to save some space?What should I buy in the marketplace?The one with random(The one with a helmet thingy) or a hero that already imprinted on it?Sorry I really dont know what should I called on those two fragments should I open 5star hero fragments?(Not the elite one) 5.If I join a hero summon event and my slots are already full what should I do? 6.Is it fine to explore celestial island adventures with a longer days on it? 7.What arena game modes should I play for a good profit? 8.kinda stupid to ask but why eloise is ranger although she looks and attacks like assassin?
