Stats/Items for each class?

Im currently only on enchanted forest and desert (but i struggle there sometimes) my adventurers are all T2 (i split them 2-3) i cant get past two waves of slime pond and generally i feel like im making a lot of mistakes can anyone tell me what i need to do or what items/stats to give so that i can level them up efficiently? Im pretty clueless when it comes to these types of things
