As in breaking gender norms also being a part of what LGBTQ advocates for, such as a man wearing feminine clothes or a woman cutting her hair short without saying anything about one's sexual orientation or gender identity.

A new letter representing non conforming gender expression being added into the acronym for example, so that the movement advocates for diverse gender expression as well as orientation and identity.

The key conceit of LGBT is that it's an innate trait. So no. Choosing to wear funny clothes is neither an orientation nor a gender identity.
