If a skimpily dressed woman is walking in a dark alley alone and drunk at 2 AM in an area known to be dangerous and she gets assaulted, would you assign any blame to her?

Edit: So it seems my language is tripping things up a little. I'm basically asking "is she responsible at all for what happened" or "is the fact that this tragedy happened in any part her fault?" or is she entirely clear of responsibility and fault? Is she guilty of negligence etc?

I think all of us agree she is legally innocent and undeserving of attack.

What does assigning blame mean? If I hear about this, and I tell someone in my rave fam to please not do this because this and that happened in this or that area, am I assigning blame?
