I participated in the ranking but I didn't recieve the daily essence.

I participated in the daily ranking but I didn't recieve the daily essence. It happened to me twice: yesterday(4/27) and today(4/28). I was making sure I finished more than 3 matches each day. I had history about the matches I participated too but I didn't get the essences. Has anyone got the same problem? How do I report/fix the problem to the game developers?
