First of all, she has no debuffs except for the fact that she can’t use chest items. However, she can give them to teammates so the debuff is pretty useless.

Second, she is like Priestess pre-nerf. Her catapults last forever and can help a teammate transition. The reason Priestess’ portals were nerfed to have a cooldown is because teammates could use them long after she had used them as well to escape the hunter. The catapult is also basically a stun because the hunter has to stop and hit it, buying even more time for the Toymaker or her teammate.

Third, she can give items to her teammates and carry three things around. She can take a flare gun or football and toss it to a friend, which can also help them kite without having to risk herself. Plus she has a chest opening buff too...

Fourth, the fucking glider. This is another reason she is like Priestess. She can fly across half the map, wasting a lot of the hunter’s time by just pressing a button. Even if it’s single use, it’s extremely strong.

If she isn’t nerfed (and by a lot), she’ll be S tier and either ban/pick in tournaments. She could easily set up catapults or items beforehand, which can be very powerful with coordination. She doesn’t even have any debuffs! So she can rescue (quite well, too, as she can give the teammate who was injured an item to help escape/kite. She can decode and kite herself, too. It looks like we’ve got another roach on our hands. But this one doesn’t even have a decoding debuff.
