So I emailed netease directly on seeing if they can bundle up the persona skins and sell them for cash or whatnot and this their response:

We appreciated you have paid a lot and played for long time. We hope you understand the more essence  you opened, the high quality costume got rate become closer. Please let us explain the probability of the memory sphere of falling out.

B Quality and better: If you opened the same Essences for 10 times, you will at least get an item with B Quality. As the same as A Quality for 60 times, S Quality for 250 times.

We hope you can understand and we will put your advice to our team to up S/A rate skin for consideration, we hope that will be come true in the future. Wish you could get limitted skins one day!

Now I know that a whole bunch of us have terrible luck and since a lot of us are willing to drop money like we did for Tomie, I was wondering if anyone else wants to contact them and such. I'm not sure if they are necessarily scamming us but if enough of us complain to them, they may look back and revise their module so we can at least get the character that we want.
