It’s been clear to us that those old and unpopular characters would not be having a deduction star skin. That being said, I think NE should have a separate voting system for those characters who got released 3 years and older. For every muse letter we receive, we’ll also have a retro letter that we can use to vote.

Since it’s quite impossible for the Global servers to cooperate in voting the ones that aren’t in the top two in CN already (hence, having only 3 skins per event), they should just have 3 more for retro ones.

• CN and Global server voting results are as one
• Retro voting will also include 1 hunter skin and 2 survivor skins

This would be good for those old players who are dedicated users of certain characters.

Well, I do hope this one will be added since the concept I had for Lucky Guy rework came true some other skin collab ones.
