For the life of me I cannot find this song. Used to love it as a kid and the damn song popped into my head randomly when a friend and I were discussing old techno and edm songs we listened to.

Only a few details I know...

• The literal start of the song is an airhorn (or train horn) that goes straight into the techno beat
• Lyrics are fast and Spanish, repeats the same sentence (I think?)...
  • the sentence starts "Oy ye mundo" and it's fast spanish and ends with "Vamos alla" (I think, but he absolutely says "vamos" and repeats the sentence until the drop)
• The drop build up is him calling out to a crowd saying "Atencion!" then a pause and then "Sigueme!" and then the drop

I really wanna find it because I come to realize this was the song that got me at least somewhat interested into techno, didn't listen to much of techno after, as I was a 8 year old that had my dads rock playlists to listen to, but it was the song I really liked and, as fate has it, am a techno, edm, trance head now
