Off-Topic: The noise complaints persist

Originally, I thought the noise complaints & frequent visits to the house that we saw by police were super unusual bc they usually took place when it was quiet AF & some were in the day time, when the noise ordinance is not in full effect (and I never saw any decibel readers - they whip those out and stand on the edge of the property for a reading to shut down house parties where I’m at).
[It’s from 10 PM - 7 AM]

The other day, I got curious about who the new police chief is now that Chief Fry is resigned. It’s Captain, now Chief Dahlinger, who completed the esteemed FBI Nat’l Academy program for officers - a good choice I think, & congrats to him :) (I’ll miss Chief Fry TBH tho lol)

While on the Moscow PD site, I was feeling nostalgic tho & visited an old fav web spot of mine, the Moscow Police Daily Activity Log & clicked on a random day: 04/15/2024

There’s are many noise complaints in that immediate neighborhood / relavent roads, continuously still.

These on screenshot are for: * 3:58 PM * 4:35 PM * 5:52 PM

Even if it’s super loud, who TF calls in noise complaints at that time?

Someone, apparently, and it’s unrelated to the murders.

What sticklers lol
I guess that’s small-town life though.

I still think it was really strange the times we saw where they were in the neighborhood for other noise complaints, and decided that since they’re there, they ‘might as well warn these guys too,’ and waked up as you could literally hear the crickets chirping in the quiet night lol. And def off-putting when they said first to stay back and watch through the windows to get an idea what’s going on inside first. Or when they walked up around the side of the house to the back door & said no one came to the front door but they hadn’t knocked.

This does resolve one small element of that weirdness though, since the noise complaints persist.

Frequent visits to the house by police

Is that the two visits to the 1122 King Rd house over a 6 month period?

Odd that many Probergers comment quite wildy about "frequent" police visits to 1122 King Road, but dismiss Kohberger's at least 13 visits to the area as infrequent or even inconsequential. Kohberger drove into or near the King Road cul-de-sac 5 times on the morning of November 13th 2022 alone - if 2 visits in 6 months is "frequent" what are 5 visits in one morning?

The cartel would use noise complaint calls by LE

Only when signals transmitted into dental fillings were impeded by poor reception in the tunnels.

A lot of cognitive dissonance in this case

Yes indeed. Here we have 2 instances in 6 months described as "frequent". It is barely plural, let alone "frequent". It is dissonance mixed with commentary : dysentery. Kohberger was pulled over for crap driving at a frequency several times higher than this over a shorter time period.

The "drug house" lunatic story (it doesn't even qualify as a "theory" as a theory is a basis to explain observed facts or events; like all other Proberger fairytales it is totally lacking any supporting facts or observed events) is both loon fantasy and profoundly disrespectful to the victims as it implies fictitional criminal activity by them was involved in their deaths.

Interesting snippets re MM and 1115, and the previous tenants at 1122, I had not been aware of these, thanks for sharing.

There is no relevance to them

An odd choice to post them here then, perhaps. You mentioned the noise complaints as being related to "weirdness". If they are in fact totally unconnected to the murders or ongoing case as you now confirm, your post may have fallen just a little short of coherence or comprehensibility.

indirectly related circumstances

I confess to growing more confused. In what way, directly or indirectly, do the 2 noise complaints relate to the murders or the case?

[not loaded or deleted]

Yeah like 2 or 3 within just a couple months seems like a lot to me

1 police call specific to that house, and 1 other visit in 6 months. 2 does not seem "frequent". Kohberger had double the interactions with police, being pulled over 4 times, in half the time. By your frequency scale Kohberger's dangerous driving must have been incessant.

What is the relevance/ significance of 2 police visits to that house in 6 months preceding the murders?

[not loaded or deleted]

Your reference to "frequent" police visits is in the paragraph before you mention finding these 3 from 2024, starting "Originally I thought" and refers to the police visits at 1122 pre murders (if not, it makes very little sense)

They took place at the same house…..

So, your position is that a noise complaint at the same house as the murders may have some direct/ indirect connection or tenuous association with the case, but Kohberger's DNA found in the house on a sheath under a dead body is quite unrelated to the murders and is not incriminating. Fascinating.

Cell phone pings can pick up a cell phone miles away.

I think you are confusing a connection to a tower, which indeed can be over miles, with localisation, trilateration, which calculates a phone's position using data from multiple towers. The latter can be accurate within 100 metres - and is the basis for FCC regulations mandating 911 calls be locatable within 50 metres using cell tower data.

This case, linked, has testimony from an eminent world expert academic in this field, who notes localisation of a phone within 78 metres using cell tower data.

The AT&T NELOS system, using cell tower data, has an accuracy within c 300 metres from published examples; triangulation of phone location from cell tower data would likely be similar or closer. Not sure when the PCA was written if each of the 12 instances of late night visits were specifically calculated locations, or from AT&T system or a mix of triangulated positions and proximity to a tranceiver/ in the transceiver sector including King Road. I think likely it shows he was in the area, but to ensure the PCA could not be challenged no exact figure or range is quoted - phone data was only obtained Dec 23, the PCA was drafted by Dec 27th, so may have been quite rushed.
