Looking for thoughts/advise. I’m 52, single, and looking to move out of the state in the next 1-2 years. I own my home and today it’s roughly $350K. I’d like to move somewhere that I can purchase another small home (1200-1500sq) and perhaps pocket some cash for retirement. I’m not looking to move to another red state or to a large city. Mild weather is a plus but not required.
