The following bill is to make Icenian officials to behave on public subs and give a better perception on Icenia as a whole.

i. A Icenia councilman or a Icenia senator must keep all comments made on /r/Icenia, /r/Civcraft, /r/iceniagov, /r/civcraftexchange and any other subreddit related to civcraft (includes city/nations subreddits) as a serious comment or a comment in which they are not "memeing".

Exception 1: a comment may be made if it is on a post tagged [SHITPOST].

Exception 2: comments made on private subs are not effected by this law.

II. Any councilman or senator may be subjected to a fine based on the comment they make or any other previous comments they make. Fines shall be as followed:

5d for first offense

25d for second offense

125d for third offense.

300d for fourth offense

iii. If a councilman or senator is charged with an offense 5 or more times, their seat may be suspended and they may be impeached.

IV. A councilman or senator may appeal a offense. The appeal will be voted on by the Senate and must pass with 51% approval.
