The purpose of this bill is to clearly define the bounty laws of Icenia and its territories.
i. Bounty Law in Icenia 1. Bounty hunting shall not be allowed in Icenia by any foreign entity outside of nations actively in the GNA (Grand Northern Alliance) 2. Any attempt to pearl Icenian citizens by a foreign entity in Icenia will result in a bounty for trespassing and breaking this bill. 3. All rail lines built by Icenia are subject to the bounty act as well. Any pearling done on a Icenian rail line or tunnel shall result in a bounty for trespassing and breaking this bill.
