A. Definition of property i. Any structure or development of the land that does not conflict with existing ownership of property and for which all material has been legally obtained, such as a structure’s legally obtained contents.

ii. A space of three (3) blocks extending from the outer edge of the structure shall be deemed part of the structure and serve as a buffer between the two structures. The three block buffer shall be considered property of the structures’ builder(s) unless an exception is made by law or a mutually consenting exchange/contact between the two adjoining plots party.

iii. If the placement or nature of a structure violates a law the owner shall be given at least one week to correct it before ownership is automatically relinquished and the structure can be destroyed. All materials from the torn down building shall be placed in a chest for the owner to get into upon joining the server again.

iv. Plot ownership shall extend from y-15 to sky limit within the plots space. If a new building is to be built alongside the existing one then there shall be a six (6) block buffer between the two structures.

v. No structure of another owner shall be built above or under a built home or building. Exceptions can be made to this by law or by mutual consent between the two parties.

I propose a change to this part in the Icenian Constitution.

vi. The owner of the property must be properly identified as such by placing a sign on the property itself containing the in-game name of the owner.
