School has obviously taken its toll not just on Icenia but the server as a whole. People are busy including myself which has made the city grow at a slower rate.

With this being said, now is the time I think that we should work on infrastructure so when the population and when active boosts back up we are ready.

One of the many concepts for this growth is a national highway system graded for horse travel. Right now Icenia is a nation of harsh terrain and its very hard to get from one place to another overland. With horses this especially proves true.

My goal is to get the following towns and areas connected by a highway.

Icenia-Philomel

Icenia- Gapplar-Orion

Icenia-Hogekleif-Haven

Icenia-Vienna

Roads are far cheaper then making more rails and its less labor intensive.
