Ransom90 went around town burning stuff down for about ~30 minutes before Cychotic sounded the alarm - He's been pearled since, but he did a lot of damage to the town - This isn't a full list, but the Balkanian Polynesian embassies are devastated, numerous buildings on Spruce Road are badly burned, and the following people's houses are damaged - HadronNinja, Felsure, Aerion.
Also whatever the building at-6570, -6410 was is pretty fucked.
He's claiming he did that as some kind of revenge for other Icenian citizens harassing and abusing him - I don't know the backstory here, so if someone could explain it that'd be good.
